Our fee structure is simple – we’ll discuss the services you need for the size of your business and agree one of our fixed tariffs. Where appropriate, we can offer the option to pay by Direct Debit each month to protect your cash flow. It is important to us that our client is happy with the fees from the start and that there are no hidden surprise charges that occur. We will make our fees as transparent as possible.

Self Assessment

Tax returns completed for a one-off fee from just £144.

Fixed monthly payments can include

  • Enquiry insurance to the value of £100,000. No excess.

Bookkeeping

We offer a ‘bookkeeping made simple’ service in which you can record receipts by simply photographing them or forwarding invoices sent via email. Alternatively if you require a different approach and prefer someone else to tackle your box of receipts this is also an option.

VAT Returns

We offer preparation and submission of your quarterly VAT returns making sure you are compliant with MTD. This can be through accountancy software as well as bridging software. We do not force clients into purchasing or using software that they are not comfortable with as we work with and not against you.

Receipt Bank

Capture your receipts with a quick photo within the app, or simply email invoices directly to your receipt bank account. Unlimited usage plan included. A great bit of software to save on storing and organising all those receipts that you accumulate and should keep for up to seven years. Make them digital and let receipt bank also extract the information at the same time.

Quickbooks

A great value user friendly cloud-based solution for small businesses and self-employed people with integration with receipt bank. Developed by a large established business Intuit. There are lots of customisable reports and monitoring tools with very low and accessible pricing structures.

Xero

Cutting edge cloud based accountancy software with the best integration with receipt bank and mobile applications. Smart expense tracking and management, configurable reports, simple budgeting.

SAGE

A comprehensive cloud based accounting solution which integrates with receipt bank. Modules to manage quotes, invoices, handle and submit VAT online, smart bank feeds and reconciliation, cash flow forecasting, some detailed reports, multiple currency support, project tracking and more, all available from your desktop or via a mobile app. Free unlimited 24/7 telephone and email support.

Tax Optimiser

For VAT clients we also can use a great tool called Tax Optimiser that takes your spreadsheets and converts it into a file that meets ‘Making Tax Digital’ requirements for HMRC therefore potentially saving you the costly commitment of using a software program.
